Red Pine, also known as Norway Pine, is a beautiful, picturesque conifer, with a unique flaky pink trunk and long soft needles. It can be used as both a wind barrier or simply as a beautiful addition to your yard. Hardiness Zone: 3 - 7 Mature Height: 50-80 Feet Features: Evergreen needles. Culture: Full sun; prefers dry soils; not well adapted to clay. Mature Form: Pyramidal when young; developing an oval shape with age. Our seedlings are of very high quality and are between 1 and 2 feet in height. Also, ask about our tree rescue program, where we use transplanted trees and saplings from developing neighborhoods and communities. We have available rescue trees in this variety.
